They arrived at your freight forwarder on January 17th, and the logistics showed receipt. You communicated with me in March. The freight forwarder did not receive the goods. We actively cooperated with you and confirmed the logistics information for you. Your freight forwarder received the same logistics information, but refused to communicate with us. Your freight forwarder lost the goods and was evading. The problem is not our seller's responsibility. You apply to the platform and the platform determines that it is your freight forwarder's responsibility. we hope you can communicate with the freight forwarder to reduce unnecessary losses.
